An approval period of 2-3 business days is required after a purchase request has been made. All in stock items are available for instant checkout once your credit card or wire transfer payment is authorized. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have requested a purchase.


Once all billing, shipping and payment information is entered, an email notice will be sent immediately. Eluvial staff will process and approve the order. This procedure may take up to 1-2 business days. Once Eluvial staff confirm your order, your item(s) will be packed in safe and secure packaging and sent via courier. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all tracking information.

If your requested item is not in stock, our staff will contact you immediately via email. We will then offer several options to choose a similar item.

PAYMENT METHODS, is currently accepting payments through credit card, bank wire transfers, and Money orders. Your credit card statement will show GEMHABIT GEMSTONES INC as the billing descriptor. Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time. Our telephone staff is dedicated to customer support only.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us. We will then email you detailed instructions on how to process your refund. All returns must be authorized by our staff. To receive authorization for a return, please contact us, to obtain a Refund Authorization number or an RA number. Any items with damage, signs of wear, alterations, and resizing, will NOT be accepted for return. All items MUST be returned with all original documentation. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Once our staff reviews your returned item and it is processed back into our stock, your refund will be issued immediately. (The refund process can take 7-14 business days)


Diamond Certificates will be available for all diamonds and must be included if item is returned.
